Shipping:

We ship using USPS® Priority Mail, UPS and Fed-Ex. Depending on your Location, shipments usually takes 3 to 5 days to arrive at their destination within the USA. We may switch from one service to another to better serve our customers. A notification of service used will be provided to customer.

Some orders may ship in separate shipments and by different shipping companies. You will be notified of tracking #’s and ship dates/services used for each order.

Unless Next day Guaranteed or Global Express Guaranteed, Post Office shipping does not guarantee time in transit or provide tracking. Post Office shipments can take up to 3 weeks to receive. Lost shipments are not available for investigation for at least 30 days.

Out of Country shipments may incur local taxes, customs duties and/or additional charges such as brokerage fees.  These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

SHIPPING DAMAGE/MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS IN YOUR SHIPMENT

Please do not accept boxes with exterior damage. If the box has been delivered without your signature, contact the carrier before opening the package. The carrier will need to inspect the box and verify any damage before refund or replacement can occur.

In case an incorrect item has been sent with your order, notify us immediately upon receipt, we will resolve it on a case by case basis.  Our goal is to always take care of you the best we can.

RETURNS/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

We will be glad to accept Returns and defective out of the box merchandise for refund or exchange under the following conditions:

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to us in any way.  Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. The mounting of engines and accessories, running fuel through engines, installing different radio parts in a model, installing and using a different battery than that which was supplied with the model, cutting of wires, and any other modifications will render your item as USED and UN-RETURNABLE.

Servo returns must include the complete unopened accessory package. Any servo return with an incomplete or missing accessory package will not be exchanged or refunded.

Radios must be returned with un-mounted servos and switch harness.

 For merchandise that is not defective, you may be charged a 12.5%-20% re-stocking fee.  Shipping charges or labor are non-refundable

Defective merchandise:

If you receive defective merchandise, please call us for return instructions. In most cases, we will accept returns and make adjustments; however, some manufacturers prefer handling defects directly. Defects found after the product is in use usually fall under manufacturer's warranty. A customer service representative will be happy to help you determine which procedure is appropriate for you.

Items not returnable/special consideration

Custom build helicopters, planes or vehicles are not returnable, defective items will fall under our defective items policy and we will be happy to repair or replace any faulty items. Only under special cases will we allow for a return and if so 25% restocking fees will be accessed.

 We are not responsible for any damage to item or other items/persons as a result of defect or damage.

 We provide the very best services to build a custom item, however there may be cases because of shipping,or other factors that can result in an item not being received in perfect condition. The greatest care has been taken to prevent such. But precautions still have to be taken. Therefore we ask that you please inspect items carefully once received and notify us immediately and prior to flight or driving should there be any defect, lose wiring, broken item or any other problem. Once the customer has deemed the item flight worthy or drivable, they take full responsibility.

RETURNING AN ITEM

You must obtain an approved RMA number from us before returning anything to us.

HOW TO REQUEST AN RMA NUMBER.

Login to your account and go to your order history.
Click the view button for the corresponding order.
Find the item in the list you would like to return
Click on the link below the product that says "Need to Return This Product"
You will be taken to the RMA request page.
Select the appropriate conditions and enter a short description for your reason for return.
Click on the "Submit" button
Our RMA department will receive your request.
Upon approval, you will be issued an RMA number

The RMA number MUST be obtained BEFORE returning your item/s
The RMA number MUST be written on the OUTSIDE of your package else your return may be delayed as it will not go directly to the RMA department.

Once your return has been received, it will be further inspected for approval
We reserve the right to decline a return that does not abide to our return policy
Once we make the final approval of your return you will be given the appropriate credit to your account or your exchange will be sent.
Products returned to the customer will not be sent by an "Express" method unless the customer agrees to pay the extra charges associated with these methods.
