We ship using USPS® Priority Mail and Fed-Ex. Depending on your Location, shipments usually takes 3 to 5 days to arrive at their destination. SHIPPING DAMAGE/MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS IN YOUR SHIPMENT Shipping damage may only be claimed if you purchased insurance on your package duirng checkout Notify us immediately about the damage or loss and we will start the claim process. You will then be advised of the status of your claim. In case an incorrect item been sent with your order, notify us immediately upon receipt, We will resolve it on a case by case basis. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: We will accept defective merchandise for refund or exchange under the following conditions: Merchandise muse be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to us in any way.
The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original package, and in resalable condition. Do not write anything on the package.
Installing different radio parts in a model, installing and using a different battery than that which was supplied with the model, cutting of wires, and any other modifications will render your item as USED and UN-RETURNABLE. Servo returns must include the complete unopened accessory package. Any servo return with an incomplete or missing accessory package will not be exchanged or refunded. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment. For merchandise that is not defective, you will be charged a 12.5% re-stocking fee. Defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. RETURNING AN ITEM You must obtain an approved RMA number from us before returning anything to us.
HOW TO REQUEST AN RMA NUMBER. Login to your account and go to your order history. Click the view button for the corresponding order. Find the item in the list you would like to return Click on the link below the product that says "Need To Return This Product" You will be taken to the RMA request page. Select the appropriate conditions and enter a short description for your reason for return. Click on the "Submit" button Our RMA department will receive your request. Upon approval, you will be issued an RMA number
The RMA number MUST be obtained BEFORE returning your item/s The RMA number MUST be written on the OUTSIDE of your package else your return may be delayed as it will not go directly to the RMA department.
Once your return has been received, it will be further inspected for approval We reserve the right to decline a return that does not abide to our return policy Once we make the final approval of your return you will be given the appropriate credit to your account or your exchange will be sent. Products returned to the customer will not be sent by an "Express" method unless the customer agrees to pay the extra charges associated with these methods. |
